Mothers Prayers runs weekly on Monday at 9.30am at St Joseph’s Church and is an offshoot of an English organisation founded in 1995. It now runs in 80 countries worldwide. It comprises a supportive group of mothers who wish to pray together for their children, grandchildren or godchildren. During each meeting a scripture reading is followed by time for private or shared intentions when children’s names are placed into a basket and offered into Jesus’ care.  Contact Jane Mead via the Parish Office.
